Film & Stage Direction

Acting & Cast Coaching
With experience both in front of and behind the camera, I bring nuanced performance coaching to every production. I work closely with cast members to help them discover authentic character motivations, building cohesive ensembles rather than individual performances.
Production Management
Coordinating budgets, timelines, crew logistics, and vendor relationships across complex multi-day shoots and live productions. I ensure that creative vision and operational execution remain in alignment from day one through final delivery.
Event Logistics & Cultural Organising
I plan and manage large-scale cultural festivals, heritage events, and community programmes — handling artist coordination, stage design, audience engagement, and brand communications from the ground up.
Social Welfare Planning
Designing and implementing community welfare campaigns with measurable impact — from clean water installations to health education drives. I coordinate with government bodies, NGOs, and local leaders to ensure sustainable delivery.
NGO Relations & Fieldwork
